FREE SQUARE DANCING CLASSES - Join the Jackson Claim Jumpers for an Open House on August 5th at the Amador Senior Center, 6:30—9:30 to see what square dancing is really about.
Singles, couples, and families are welcome. It is FUN, FITNESS, & FRIENDSHIP set to music. New Dancer Classes start Sept 16th - the first three classes are free!

WANT A FREE BOWLING PARTY for your office, church, or non-profit group of 10 or more? Call Russell at 223-3334 to schedule a date. Available days and times include M-F, 5:30 pm and all day Sunday. Offer includes 2 free games of bowling and shoe rental per person. Additional games for only $2.75 each. Participants not already Bowling Reward cardholders may sign up and receive $5 bowling reward credit good for a future visit. Offer ends no later than September 2, 2013 and is subject to lane availability.
LIBRARY PARTNERS WITH THE FOOD BANK. Throughout the Summer Reading Program which runs until July 27th, the Amador County Library has partnered with the Interfaith Foodbank to collect food at our Main Branch here in Jackson as well as our branches in Ione, Plymouth, Pine Grove and Pioneer.
Most Wanted! Non-perishable food items such as: rice, tuna, pasta, peanut butter, beans (canned or dried),veggies & fruit (canned), cereal (whole grain, low sugar), boxed meals like mac and cheese, juice (canned, plastic or boxed). And always Paper Bags.

2nd SHOWING OF “HOMETOWN MEMORIES” Due to popular demand we are having a 2nd showing of "Homecoming Memories". July 19th, 6pm at Clark's Corner - We hope to see you there! Tickets are $10 and are on sale at Clark's Corner.
DONATE GLASSES and change someone’s life. Walgreen's now has a Sutter Creek Lion's Club eyeglass recycling box in the Pharmacy area by the table with the brochures. They accept prescription and reading glasses, sunglasses, and plastic and metal frames. Children’s glasses are especially needed!
