after the Pioneer Resort Lodge Property. The property will be put on the
market for sale and marketed until sold. The sale of the property may
take months or years. The position will be available for qualified candidates
in the next 30 – 60 days. Given the duties and overnight stay requirements
they are looking for someone, an individual or couple, who are reputable,
capable and available to fulfill the following job duties:
1. Maintain the pool, hot tub, General light
maintenance, landscaping, housekeeping to keep the rooms in order. 2. Occasionally show prospective buyers around 3. Protect the property from any criminal element,
vandals; keep any squatters off the property, very limited guests permitted. 4. No drugs, alcohol, children. Maybe a dog. 5. Commitment to this Position will likely be for 6 months
to a year, depends on how long it takes to sell the property.
Pay will be $1,000 per month plus they live on site for
free. The resort is going to be closed so there will be no guests to check in
or out. Living on property is a must. They don’t need to be there every
minute but they do need to be there every night.
Limited guests, no parties of any kind. Candidates must
pass drug and back ground checks on a regular basis.
