ROOT BEER FLOATS TO SUPPORT INTERFAITH FOOD BANK THIS SATURDAY!
This Saturday from 11 am to 3pm, Grocery Outlet in Jackson will have Root Beer Floats for sale.  It is going to be a hot weekend in Jackson, so cool off with a Root Beer Float and support a great cause.  All donations will go to the Interfaith Food Bank.  Suggested donation is $1.00.

ZUMBATHON CHARITY EVENT: Help the Jr Buffalo Cheerleaders raise money for their uniforms TOMORROW Saturday July 13th at Amador High School from 9-11.Sign in starts at 9:00 am Amador High School gym. This event is open to everyone. Tickets are $10 before the event and $15 at the door. Join us for fun, fitness, and supporting the Jr Buffalo Cheerleaders. See you there!

Most Wanted! Non-perishable food items such as: rice, tuna, pasta, peanut butter, beans (canned or dried),veggies & fruit (canned), cereal (whole grain, low sugar), boxed meals like mac and cheese, juice (canned, plastic or boxed). And always Paper Bags.

VIA CITIZEN REPORT: ZUMBATHON CHARITY EVENT: "My name is Kristen Holstine and I am helping the Jr Buffalo Cheerleaders raise money for their uniforms by hosting a Zumbathon Charity Event. We had the cheerleaders selling tickets for $10. Now we want to get the word out to the rest of the community somehow. Someone recommended I contact you to see if you might be able to help us get the word out there. The event is on Saturday July 13th at Amador High School from 9-11.
9:00-9:30 is check in
9:30-10:30 Zumba
10:30-11:00 Refreshments
Tickets are $10 before the event and $15 at the door. All proceeds go to the cheerleaders.

JOB OPPORTUNITY: TEAM FITNESS is expanding it's hours in August to meet the needs of the gals who used to go to CURVES in Pine Grove which just closed. We need people to work Monday 1pm - 6 or 7pm; Tuesday 11am to ? and/or Wed 8am - 2pm or so. First priority is Monday. (Have already found someone to work Monday mornings starting at 8am starting the beginning of August.)
 Contract Work Instructor Qualifications: Ideally a Certified Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer or yoga teacher would be good. If you are in the process of becoming certified that is ok too. Classes that would also be taught include Stretch, Circuit and Lift, Shape and Strengthen, Express and others of your choice. Friendly, clear communicator and experience with healthy weight-loss is important too. Business Liability Insurance required.

LIBRARY PARTNERS WITH THE FOOD BANK. Throughout the Summer Reading Program which runs until July 27th, the Amador County Library has partnered with the Interfaith Foodbank to collect food at our Main Branch here in Jackson as well as our branches in Ione, Plymouth, Pine Grove and Pioneer.
Most Wanted! Non-perishable food items such as: rice, tuna, pasta, peanut butter, beans (canned or dried),veggies & fruit (canned), cereal (whole grain, low sugar), boxed meals like mac and cheese, juice (canned, plastic or boxed). And always Paper Bags.

VIA CITIZEN REPORT: ZUMBATHON CHARITY EVENT: "My name is Kristen Holstine and I am helping the Jr Buffalo Cheerleaders raise money for their uniforms by hosting a Zumbathon Charity Event. We had the cheerleaders selling tickets for $10. Now we want to get the word out to the rest of the community somehow. Someone recommended I contact you to see if you might be able to help us get the word out there. The event is on Saturday July 13th at Amador High School from 9-11.
9:00-9:30 is check in
9:30-10:30 Zumba
10:30-11:00 Refreshments
Tickets are $10 before the event and $15 at the door. All proceeds go to the cheerleaders.
