Newsletters, press releases, public notices, community briefs/announcements, Letters to the Editor, guest commentaries, blog post links and Facebook events are published FREE on Amador Community News.

Content is published daily on Amador.news, Monday through Friday, in the following sections:

- News & Announcements
- Community Calendar (by week, Monday thru Sunday)
- Meetings, Classes, Activities, Ongoing Events
- FYI...

Newsletters - Please post your newsletters to your business or organization's web site first, then notify me by e-mail that it has been posted.

If you distribute your newsletter via e-marketing (ConstantContact, MailChimp, etc.), please make sure my e-mail is included in your outgoing media group.

Newsletters will be posted in "News & Announcements" when received, then published in our "Local Newsletters" section in the right side bar on Amador.news for the remainder of the month/season.

Press Releases - Please send as a Word document, or in the body of an e-mail (please, no PDFs!). Attach at least one (1) photo that is relevant to the content in your release.

NOTE: Event flyers are $5/month, and run through the date of your event.

Community Briefs/Announcements - Please use the following format:

TITLE OF EVENT - DAY, DATE, TIME, LOCATION. A BRIEF description of your event. ADMISSION information (tickets, RSVPs/reservation deadlines, etc.) CONTACT information (name, phone, e-mail, web site, social networks, etc.)

Letters to the Editor, guest commentaries, blog entries - E-mail to editor@amador.news. Please send as a Word document, or in the body of an e-mail. If you have a blog entry, please e-mail me the URL link.

Facebook Events - Once you create your event, please notify me via e-mail or PM at Facebook.com/AmadorCounty. Your event will be included in ACN's "Ongoing Events".
